Does John Ibbitson live in Carolyn Parrish's riding? She should act, in the House of Commons, as her constituents would have her act. If they want her to rise in the House and denounce or heckle President Bush then that is what she should do. However, if her constituents would rather she remain silent then she should follow their wishes accordingly. Isn't that what we all want from our MPs?
