So, George W. Bush won't address the Canadian Parliament because his advisors fear he'll be heckled, yet he'll go to Halifax to thank, belatedly, the people of Halifax for their 9/11 help. Do his advisors think that he won't be heckled in Halifax? Perhaps the group he plans to address is being handpicked to avoid the heckle and to appear to Canadians that somebody out there really likes him, hmm. I await the day.
